Hi, I’m Kristi.

I’m the broker-owner of The Foundation Idaho Real Estate, a small independent brokerage right here in Idaho Falls. I’ve called this area home for nearly twenty years, and before real estate I worked in construction and remodeling, so I walk into a house and see what it actually is: the bones, the potential, the work ahead, not just the staging.
What I love most is helping people open new chapters and close old ones, whether that’s a first home, a longtime house you’re finally ready to sell, an investment, or a fresh start after a move. When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the mountains and rivers that make Eastern Idaho worth it.
At home, I’m the proud mom of three grown kids who turned out kind, compassionate, and generous, the thing I’m proudest of by far, plus a dog named Chloe, who asks for nothing more than treats and a good head pat.
